"Due Diligence". If you have identified a professional (or firm), in Jamaica, with whom you wish to conduct business, we can carry-out checks and discuss with same to determine whether he/she is appropriately qualified to conduct such business and obtain references for similar work undretaken. We can also obtain any other type of information you wish to ascertain about the professional (or firm).
Monitoring your business interest. If you have business interests in Jamaica and wish to have it monitored, we can undertake this task and provide you with regular reports.
Conduct research. If you wish to have research carried out, on a specific subject area, in Jamaica, we can undertake this task and provide you with a report.
Discounts. We have submitted, and will continue to submit, proposals to invite firms to partner with ua to provide discounts, on goods and services, for our Members. These firms include: Vehicle rentals, Restaurants, Hotels etc.

This facility is also provided for you to upload information about your holiday accomodation/attractions to attract prospective customers. This facility provides an additional medium for promoting your products and services to a global audience.

This facility is provided for you to upload adverts (up to a maximum of 3 per annum - if you wish to upload more than 3, please contact admin). Adverts that can be placed include the following:

- Persons seeking employment - "employment wanted" section
- Sale of Products/Services
- Purchase of Products/Services
- Businesses for sale
- Persons seeking to purchase/lease/rent properties
Calender of Events
This facility is provided for you to upload information (unlimited number) concerning events that you wish to promote. Events include the following:
- Concerts
- Alumni events
- Plays
- Etc
Properties for Sale/Rental
- Eligibility. This section is available to both Members and Non-Members who wish to sell or rent their properties utilising this website. However Members will be entitled to a discount.
- How does it work?
- Persons inform admin(of this website) of their desire to use this facility to sell/rent their properties
- Both parties discuss and agree the commission to be paid to us.
- An agreement is signed by both parties
- We can take photos of the properties or you can send us same.
- We would then upload photos onto the website
- If a sale/rental occurs as a result of this advert, the agreed commission is paid to us
- Remember, fee paying Members would be entitled to a discount on the commission to be paid

We provide this facility for you to view videos on a wide range of subjects/topics. These include:

We facilitate two types of Membership; Basic and Gold Membership
Basic Membership. This type of Membership is free and entitles you to the following benefits:
- Upload to Directory Listings - maximum of 3 listings
- Upload to Holiday Accomodation/Attractions - maximum of 3 listings
- Upload to Calender of Events - unlimited listings
Gold Membership. This type of Membership requires a small contribution, and entitles you to all the benefits of Basic Membership, plus the following:
- Upload to Professional/Student Networking - llisting in a maximum of 3 professional categories
- Upload to Classifieds - maximum of 3 listings
- Connection with reliable Professionals
- Conduct "Due Diligence" on your behalf
- Discount benefits from business partners
Contribution
In order to provide you with all the above benefits, we invite you to make a small contribution of USD59.99 or GBP39.99 per annum. You will discover that the benefits far outweigh this contribution.
