Member Referral Program

Refer New Members to Jamaica Eyes and Ears ( hereinafter referred to as "JEE") Website and earn six (6) US Dollars or four (4)Great Britian Pounds for each fee paying Referral. The Member Referral Program rewards you for bringing new Members to JEE.

How does it work?

When the person you refer signs up as a fee paying Member of JEE, you will be eligible to one (1) Referral Bonus Point. You will receive payment when you have obtained a minimum of ten (10) Referral Bonus points. You can receive your Referral payment using your PayPal account or by cheque. There is no maximum limit to the amount of Referral Bonus you can earn.

Who can I refer to Jamaica Eyes and Ears?

You may only refer individuals with whom you have an existing personal or business relationship. and those who are not already members of JEE. You may not refer names obtain from group E-mail addresses or E-mailing list or yourself.

Is there a limit to the number of  Referral Bonuses I can earn?

No, there are no restrictions on the number of Referral Bonus you can earn. You determine how much you want to earn.

How long do I wait to receive payment?

You are eligible to receive your Member Referral Bonus payout once you have obtained a minimum of ten (10) referral Bonus points. Payment will be made at your request (You may choose to make your request for payment after you have obtained more than ten (10) bonus points.

Referral Communication

When a person signs up as a fee payiny Member of JEE, he or she will be asked to provide details of the Member who referred him or her. For the referral to be valid, the new Member must inform JEE withing twenty (24) hours of the request to provide details of the person who made the referral.

General

In general JEE currently offers Member Referral Bonus program (hereinafter referred to as "the Bonus") to all its Members. By participating in the Bonus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Member Referral Bonus

1. Eligibility. This Bonus is open to all JEE Members. JEE reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time within thirty (30) days of notifying Members. Should the program be discontinued, you will receive the full bonus for new Members you had previously referred under the terms listed below.
2. Persons who may be referred. You should only refer JEE to individuals and businesses with whom you have an existing personal or business relationship. You should not obtain names for referral from: i) group E-mail addresses or, ii) third party bulk mailing lists, customers lists or E-mail lists. You must not submit yourself for this referral bonus.
3. No Spamming. We strictly forbid the sending of unsolicited E-mail to numerous recipients and any Member who spam other Internet users for referral bonuses will have their Membership immediately and permanently terminated.
4. Number of Member Referral Bonuses. There is no restrictions on the number of Member Referral Bonuses you may earn.
5. Bonus Requirements. For each fee paying Member that you refer to JEE, we will credit a referral bonus point to your JEE account. Persons will only be deemed to have been referred for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions if: i) they are not a JEE Member at the time of the referral, ii) they sign-up for a Gold Membership (fee paying).
6. Exclusivity. For each Member you refer, you will be eligible to receive one (1) bonus point.
7. Bonus Period. JEE reserves the right to discontinue the Bonus for any reason, at anytime and for any duration at its sole discretion.
8. Remidies for your Non-compliance. If JEE determines in its sole discretion that you have not complied with these Terms and Conditions, it may, in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have against you, immediately and without notice to you, withdraw all benefits to you under the Bonus (including, without limitation, by cancelling or declining to credit your account with bonus points issued or to be issued to you in connection with the Bonus and by declining to send or stopping from being sent, any Bonus payments).
9. Limitation of Liability for JEE. TO NEITHER THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED AT LAW, NEITHER JEE, NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICIERS, EMPLOYEES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS OFFER. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT;LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES.
10. Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and JEE with respect to the Bonus.
    
11. Variation of the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be amended and modified by JEE in its sole discretion at any time and these amendments and modifications will apply to you when you use the JEE service. Any such amendments will be posted to this page, and it is your responsibility to review this page from time to time for such amendments.
12. Currency. Unless otherwise stated, all amounts in these Terms and Conditions are in United States Dollars (USD) and Great Britian Pounds (GBP). 
13. Severance. If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, such invalidity will not affect the remaining provisions.
